By submitting this registration application, you give Plateau Kids Network the right to use your above demographic information for the purpose of sustaining local Christmas charities. Your information will not be publicly published or sold. All personal information that we receive on children (minors) will remain protected and private.

Holiday Helping Hands shops and selects gifts for all children. On the following questions, please give detailed information about your child(ren) so we can choose gifts, appropriately.
