Maryn is married to the love of her life, Joe. They enjoy raising their two, wonderful boys together. Maryn is a firefighter with the Enumclaw Fire Department and adores her career working with the Enumclaw community, specifically, the youth and students she interacts with while teaching public education classes. Her favorite hobby is gardening, photography and being outdoors-hiking, running, and mountain biking. She also loves animals and her fluffy Great Pyrenees, Gretchen and her crazy orange kitten, Wilson (Cheeto). She believes that a great community thrives when its children are inspired.

Mary was born and raised in Enumclaw. Other than a brief time in the Tri-Cities and college, she has always called Enumclaw home. Mary has raised 2 amazing kids in the community and feels blessed that they had the same opportunity she had to grow up here. Along with being a project manager for a commercial roofing company, Mary enjoys gardening, spending time with family and attending church. She also enjoys spending time with her dog Lula and cat (who thinks he is a dog) Pickles. Mary looks forward to having the opportunity to give back to the community that has been so pivotal in her life.
